Known Limitations#
Warning
Please read and review the known limitations before using the connector.
v27 and v28 Not Compatible#
Omniverse connector is not compatible with Archicad v27 or v28.
Workaround: Export your models to formats like OBJ, FBX, or STL. And import/convert to OpenUSD file format using the Omniverse Asset Converter to use in the Omniverse and USD Ecosystem.
Project Functionality#
Project menu and functionality is deprecated and will be removed in future versions of the connector. Please do not use.
Send to Omniverse#
Send to Omniverse is deprecated and will be removed in future versions of the connector. Please do not use.
Materials#
Custom materials and textures are not supported
Lighting#
Environment Light mapping is unsupported
Sun Light mapping is unsupported
IES Profiles are unsupported
Animation#
Animation is not supported
Cameras#
Camera parameter mapping is not supported
