Tears down the Carbonite framework.

At a high level, this function:

• Shuts down the profiler system (if running)

• Calls profiler::deregisterProfilerForClient(), crashreporter::deregisterCrashReporterForClient(), and l10n::deregisterLocalizationForClient().

Note

It is not necessary to manually call this function if OMNI_CORE_INIT is used, since that macro will ensure that the Framework is released and shut down.
