Grafana Cloud Setup#

Overview#

The sections below describe how to configure Grafana Cloud as a telemetry endpoint for Omniverse on DGX Cloud.

Setting Up a Grafana Cloud Instance#

To set up a Grafana Cloud instance for monitoring Omniverse on DGX Cloud, follow these two steps:

  1. Sign up for a Grafana Cloud account at Grafana Cloud.

  2. Install the demo data source and dashboards provided by Grafana.

When you have completed these steps, you may explore these demo dashboard and data to better understand how Grafana Cloud works.

Prerequisites#

The following prerequisites must be met before setting up the OpenTelemetry Collector:

  • You have created a Grafana Cloud account and instance.

  • You have set up a destination for your telemetry data using Grafana Cloud.

  • You have network connectivity between your Omniverse on DGX Cloud environment and Grafana Cloud.
