Refreshing the browser window now reconnects to streams successfully.
When using a local Nucleus account (rather than logging in via SSO), the user was not connected to their launched stream after login, rather they were redirected back to the portal. Users are now redirected correctly.
The Portal now displays a tooltip containing the full name of the application if the name is long and is shorted by the interface to fit the button.
Users are shown a clear and informative error message when there are not enough resources to service a session/streaming request. (i.e., tenant GPU exhaustion.)
