Enumeration: StreamCursorType

The cursors the SDK applies itself, named after their web (CSS) cursor. Each value is the CSS cursor value the SDK sets on the stream viewport element, except ORBIT, which has no CSS equivalent: the SDK applies a bundled image for it. Any other cursor name Kit sends is not applied and reaches the onCursor callback for handling.
