Prerequisites#

To create and use Omniverse Workstation instances, you will need:

  • A Microsoft Azure Account with permissions to create Virtual Machine instances

  • The Remote Desktop Connection application for connecting into a Windows-based VDI

  • To connect to a graphical desktop on Linux-based VDIs, an application such as Cendio’s ThinLinc is required to be installed on both the VDI (server) and local workstation (client).
