Omniverse Licensing

As of May 2026, Omniverse is freely available for both development and production use with no NVIDIA AI Enterprise subscription required. Software built with Omniverse may also be freely redistributed under the same terms.

If Enterprise Support is required, the following NVIDIA AI Enterprise subscriptions are available for purchase:

• For End Customers:

  • Customers who themselves use Omniverse can purchase an NVIDIA AI Enterprise subscription from an NPN reseller or a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Marketplace.

  • Large customers may also qualify for the embedded license depending on their deployment size and scale.

• For Partners that embed and/or redistribute Omniverse:

  • NVIDIA offers an embedded licensing model for Partners who wish to redistribute Omniverse, allowing integration and redistribution of NVIDIA software within their products or services, with Enterprise Support included. Under this model:

    • The Partner provides front-line support to end users

    • NVIDIA provides back-line support to the Partner for issues specific to any products contained within the AI Enterprise license, including Omniverse.

Important

When using Omniverse without an NVIDIA AI Enterprise subscription, support is limited to community support via the NVIDIA Developer Forum and Discord.

Licensing Terms

The NVIDIA Software License Agreement and Product Specific Terms for NVIDIA AI Products govern the use of NVIDIA Omniverse for both individuals and commercial customers.
