- Flag to indicate that the child process should still continue to be launched even if the environment block for it could not be created for any reason. - This flag is ignored if LaunchDesc::env is - nullptror the block environment block object is successfully created. The most common cause for failing to create the environment block is an out of memory situation or invalid UTF-8 codepoints being used in the given environment block. This flag is useful when the additional environment variables for the child process are optional to its functionality.
