- Retrieves a std::string from an array setting key for simplicity. - Typically to retrieve a string value from an array of carb::dictionary::Item objects, ISettings::createStringBufferFromItemValueAt() must be called, but this means that ISettings::destroyStringBuffer() must be called when finished.
