Defines an xform on the stage.

Parameters:

• parent – Prim below which to define the xform

• name – Name of the xform

• matrix – The local transform matrix to set

Returns:

UsdGeomXform schema wrapping the defined UsdPrim. Returns an invalid schema on error.
