What Are Omniverse Utilities

|omni| Utilities are tools that surround the |plat_long| that are not |apps| nor |connectors| but instead help augment your ability to work within the omniverse.  For example, Drive is a utility that allows you to review and modify the contents of a Nucleus as if it were a drive on your computer.  Cache, another Omniverse Utility, allows speedy network activity by discreetly storing files locally on your computer as you work minimizing network traffic.
