Simulation Needs¶
In order to understand how to create SimReady 3D art assets effectively, it is important to be familiar with the terminology used for simulation inside of Omniverse. There is a direct relationship between the simulation metadata stored within a SimReady 3D art asset and how Omniverse can act upon that information, so understanding that relationship is an important first step.
The following sections provides a basic primer on the current simulation parameters and metadata that SimReady 3D art assets will include by default and are useful to researchers who want to leverage the power of Omniverse.
