  • OMPE-93593: Selection::selectAllPrims takes a pruneDescendants argument, defaulting to true (existing behavior: traversal stops beneath each matched prim). Pass false to keep descending and select every matching prim, using USD’s default predicate (matching what the Stage window displays). Existing overloads are unchanged.

  • OMPE-92755: OmniUsdTimelineControl no longer writes timeline start/end time-code and rate onto the USD stage synchronously from timeline event dispatch, which could run inside USD notice processing or on a worker thread and raise Detected usd threading violation. The write-back is now deferred to a single point in the main-thread update loop, batched into one change round, and flushed before the outgoing stage is detached (including at stage close, ahead of Hydra/render teardown) or saved/exported, so no pending edit is lost.

Changed#

  • When a rate change and a start/end time change are both pending in the same frame, the range is now converted to timecodes using the new rate rather than the rate in effect at each call’s own dispatch.

  • A rate-only change (no start/end time change pending in the same frame) does not rescale the previously-authored start/end timecodes to the new rate; their timecode values are unchanged, so the range’s equivalent value in seconds shifts. This is inherent to timecodes being rate-relative, not new to this fix.
