This document records all notable changes to the omni.kit.window.content_browser extension.

The format is based on Keep a Changelog. The project adheres to Semantic Versioning.

Fixed#

  • Drag-and-drop move refreshes the current directory when the move completes, so moved items leave the source folder listing immediately instead of waiting for a server notification.

  • OMPE-97253: Copied and pasted items appear in the destination folder immediately; the copy completion reconciles the destination listing the same way cut-paste already does.

  • Copying a mix of items no longer aborts entirely when a source is skipped by the parent-into-child guard; only the skipped sources are dropped, and the remaining copies (and their completion callback) proceed.

  • Pasting over an existing file waits for the overwrite confirmation (and the copy) to complete before reporting done, so the folder no longer refreshes prematurely and a failed overwrite surfaces an error instead of a stale success.

  • OMPE-90253: ContentBrowserTestHelper.refresh_current_directory now awaits refresh_current_directory_async, so tests inspecting the VGrid right after the call see the post-refresh state instead of racing against a fire-and-forget refresh.
