NVIDIA IndeX USD Interface

Connects the USD scene representation to the NVIDIA IndeX renderer.

This is an internal extension that will be loaded automatically by RTX / NVIDIA IndeX Compositing (omni.rtx.index_composite) or RTX Scientific (omni.index.kit.rtx_scientific).
