NVIDIA IndeX Renderer Settings

Provides user interface to control NVIDIA IndeX rendering.

This is an interal extension that will be loaded automatically by RTX / NVIDIA IndeX Compositing (omni.rtx.index_composite) or RTX Scientific (omni.index.kit.rtx_scientific).
