omni::operator!=

constexpr bool omni::operator!=(const char *lhs, const string &rhs)

Compares lhs and rhs.

All comparisons are done lexicographically using omni::string::compare().

Parameters

lhs – Left hand side of the comparison.
rhs – Right hand side of the comparison.

Throws

std::invalid_argument – if lhs is nullptr.

Returns

true if lhs and rhs are not equal, false otherwise.
