Creates a full library name from a module’s base name.

Parameters:

baseName – [in] The base name of the module to create the library name for. This base name should not include the file extension (ie: “.dll” or “.so”) and should not include any prefix (ie: “lib”). Path components may be included and will also be present in the created filename.

Returns:

The name to use to load the named module on the current platform. This will neither check for the existence of the named module nor will it verify that a prefix or file extension already exists in the base name.
