Values:

enumerator eSuccess

The task was executed successfully.

enumerator eBadParam

A bad flag bit was used by the caller.

enumerator eThreadFailure

The task thread failed to launch.

enumerator eShutdown

The relay system has been shutdown on process exit and will not accept any new tasks.

enumerator eForced

The task was successfully run, but had to be forced to run on the calling thread due to the relayed task thread failing to launch.

enumerator eNoMemory

Failed to allocate memory for a non-blocking task.
