File Menu
=========

The *File* menu offers access to file operations both locally and on your |nuc_short|__:

New File                     Creates an empty `USD <../../plat_omniverse/plat_omniverse/usd.html>`__ stage
New Project                  Creates a project
Open Recent                  Lists recently-opened USD files
Open                         Opens a USD stage via file dialog
Reopen                       Reloads the currently open USD file
Import                       Opens a dialog for importing non-native files
Save                         Saves the current stage as USD
Save With Options            Opens the USD save dialog with additional saving options
Save As...                   Saves the current USD stage as a new file
Save Project As...           Saves USD in project format
Share file                   Shares the USD file path
Send to Create               Opens the file in |composer|__
Exit                         Closes |view|
