USD Paths

When copying and moving complex USD file structures around the Omniverse, references may become invalid.  We have a few ways to help with this.
1. the USD Paths Extension can quickly fix these bad references.  
2. the Collect tool will migrate content to/from Omniverse servers and update the references as appropriate
